Hello everyone. I know this is not numismatic related, but I can’t seem to figure this out. Does anyone know what this flag is? It is blue and white with 13 stars around a soldier.
id appreciate any info! Thanks!

It is called a 'Minuteman' flag.

Yes that is the Massachusetts minuteman.

It's apparently a flag for the U.S. Treasury Savings Bond Program. If your organization did well in a bond drive, you got a flag. The link above has all sorts of varieties.

Edit: I just looked closer and it seems like maybe these are still a thing that the Treasury gives out.
