I promised you that if I didn't get a response from you, I would file a complaint with the police in your city and write to your boss. Yesterday I did and by magic you responded with promises. I have not received yours yet, I have not received mine back with a refund of shipping costs, I have not received the money for coins and shipping. You had three choices. You haven't done anything to date. I will only withdraw the police report when I see something real.
Very surprised today when I received a package from Germany, containing almost all coins of our swap.
I do not exactly know what happened and my experience is not completely fitting in this story, but apologies accepted.
If you want to stay in Numista let me know and I will try to change my feedback, off course not 5 stars, but 0 stars is in this case not right too since I got most of the coins. Stay safe and all the best. It takes courage to react like this, so respect for that!
