So, the page says 1992 should be Steel, but the one i have is Copper! please help, maybe a variation is not on the page? here is the page's link:

Why do you think it is copper?

It says copper clad steel not just steel so of course it looks like copper but it's just a thin copper surface.

I believe he's referring to the comment on the page.
This implies there were some mint errors for 1992 where the coins didn't get the copper plating but the majority of the 1992 coins would be copper plated and appear to be copper.
