Coin stands

My mate has a 3D printer, and since he rarely has the opportunity to use it, he gladly takes on projects like printing stuff for his board games (card holders, small bowls for different pieces, etc), and a few weeks ago I asked him if he could print me some coin stands. We had a long board gaming night last night and then I also recieved the finished coin stands (they'd been done for a while, but he had forgot to give them to me....lol!)

Anyway, here's the result:

Nice! That is a cool thing to make with a 3D printer! I have two 3D printers myself but I never thought to use them for coin collecting. I could probably print something for someone if they would like me to

A departing colleague of mine brought me some left over holiday coins today. That alone was already very nice, but it was accompanied by a cute home made wooden coin stand!
