what can it be (not all see grades pointed)?

Hi,
I've occured that not all users see my grades (added by editing of items as usually) and I also can't see added grades of coins of another user it's not always but time to time
what can it be?

Yes, same problem here. I thought all grades are visible for other members but it seems they're not, unless you add the grade in the comment section, which is very time-consuming.

Just as a point of reference, I am able to see the grades on all of your coins.

It depends if they use the old system with the boxes they most likely will not be able to see the grades.
