India or maybe Nepal? Need place, date, denomination

Probably India? Maybe 1800s? Obverse and reverse very different. Diameter a larger than a US nickel but smaller than a US quarter. Would really appreciate any help in identification. Sorry I don't have a good weight. Thickness about that of a US nickel. I don't think it's East India Company.
