Arabic coin with tughra

Can someone help identify this Arabic coin with a tughra? It is approximately 18mm in diameter. Thanks for your help.
this is not a coin, this is a decoration for a monisto ...

monisto - adornment of women in eastern countries, for which gold and silver coins were used in ancient times, later objects imitating coins began to be used ... which is this item

​yes, mostly, they have a hole drilled through.
however they were not always attached to clothing, they were also passed out to every wedding guest as memento.
