The Bolivian 5 centavos KM#156 and 20 centavos KM#154 should both be split into three separate entries for KM#156.1, 156.2 and 156.3, and for KM#154.1, 154.2 and 154.3. In both cases, the first has a reverse legend which includes the weight and they weigh 1.25g (5c) and 5g (20c), whilst the second and third types have a reverse legend without the weight and are lighter at 1.15g (5c) and 4.6g (20c). The second type for each has 11 stars below the shield on the obverse whilst the third has 9 stars. This pattern is repeated for the 10 centavos KM#153 which is split into three entries, as explained in the comments, see https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces8451.html. Sadly, I don't have any images of these coins to use.

I have seen these coins, and I agree must be split. This is something I will be doing in my spare time very soon.
