I'm looking for online shops within EU (even better if within the Netherlands) to buy some cheap UNC world banknotes (targeting 200 countries club in the future).
Any advice where to start looking? (I'm novice in this area).
What kind of notes are you interested in? North Korean notes are basically worthless, almost always in UNC condition, and can be bought for cheap in bulk lots on eBay.

African, Asian, South American banknotes, 1 per country
I've bought a lot from fortumor on eBay. They are in Turkey.
I had a few transactions of varying amounts and not a single glitch or disappointment.
In fact, waiting for the next batch of notes to arrive in the next couple of weeks.

I just replied here with a pretty long post but it was lost/erased (not sure why/what happened). I contributed to this topic on CCF.
I suggested a few eBay sellers (neither are active now) including collect-un-currency.
I also cautioned against collecting a whole lot of countries just to get your # of countries up. If you want to learn what nations to collect see my Notaphilyc Culture site for tips on collecting banknotes.
If you just want one of each country, go for the low denomination notes of South America, Southeast Asia, former USSR, as well as Mongolia and North Korea, and you could get one of each above for probably less 1 € each. But these "100 mixed world banknotes" bulks. They are really fun, a great way to start, and you'll get at least 50 countries for a very cheap price.
