After looking at many 1703 coin images (several on the web, two in my collection), Krause, and Schön I conclude:
The pictured coin looks like a 1703.
The pictured coin is probably a 1703 because I can't find images of a 1701 or offers of 1701 for sale, and Schön doesn't list a 1701.
