I am not sure about your proposal. French Polynesia is a dependency of France. We should not imply that French Polynesia is a 5th republic.

French Polynesia's ruling authorities should be:
French overseas country* (2004-date)
French overseas collectivity (2003-2004)
French overseas territory (1946-2003)

*) still a collectivity constitutionally.

But these would be problematic and split coins issued before and after 2003.

So "French dependency" might be more appropriate

​I like your idea. I was thinking about splitting them up according to republics because I saw another French territory (I think New Caledonia) had a similar format where issuer fields were organized by Rrench Republic.

If anything, Strato, I think you should just go with your proposal.

But remember Polynesia is split up into F. Oceania and F. Polynesia.

France Oceania:
​Frence overseas territory (1946-1957)
France Polynesia:
France Overseas Territory (1957-2003)
​Frence Overseas collectivity (2003-date)

The problem with these though is there are still some coins which begins in the 1970's and go up to today. So maybe France Polynesia should just be collabsed to one issuing entity and divided up into:

France Oceania (1946-1957)
France Polynesia (1957-date)
