Per Krause Catalog (World Coins 1701-1800, 7th edition, 2006, p.1003) the above coin should only be year 1792 as is KM#246. This type is the one without legend on the obverse, minted on 1792 and different from KM#252 ( https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces60058.html ), minted on 1793-1794 and with legend.

Images of the coin in question showing that it should be 1792 for KM#246. Obverse without legend.
