Swap monitor error [solved]

Hi Moderators,
I have recently agreed a swap.
Purely by accident I have created a 2nd swap with the same person.
Can this be rectified.
In my profile this appears as 2 swaps on the road, should be 1 swap on the road.

Best to just complete the second swap in the numista system and leave null feedback
