Got this coin and I am unable to Identify or even realize what is the design on it.

Diameter: 18.5-19mm
Weight: 1.1g







Any thoughts?

As always, after I post here I find the matches.

As Frenchlover said, I also was seeing some kind of crowned king, but its just an optical illusion.
