Maybe not a replica, but a souvenir? Because a replica and a souvenir are different things...

Take it to a local coin/banknote dealer, because if it is authentic, it could be worth quite a bit of money.
Give it a good look over, because many replicas or souvenir copies will have a word like "copy" printed somewhere on the letter.
I hope it's athentic.

It is probably on of those 1954 reprint notes ... was it from Kellogg's, I'm not sure?
