Maybe not, since the years seem to be NON mixed. In my opinion you cannot have 3 year lines stating
1 coarsely reeded
2 nothing
3 finely reeded
So in my way of viewing it
1 NONE of the year lines should have it mentioned
2 If the referee decides the reeding is important, the all three should have it mentioned.
3 Since the reeding is unique for each year either coarse or fine, it doesn't need to be mentioned at all!
I just say that because the type collectors always seem to ignore, when several year lines are available for the same year, they normally just put their double coin in ANY of the given year lines!
