I mainly use my iPhone for Numista and I just feel like having an app to easily access my account. Some people are not at their computers or don’t have one it’s there. You get notified when someone messaged you or swap so you don’t have to check emails constantly or keep opening and closing the page.
I like the idea.
While I wouldn't say "it would be easy to do" because coding and such, but the layout the website looks like it would translate very well to mobile.
What benefits are you looking for with an app? The site is already mostly optimized for mobile so I don't see any need for a stand-alone app, be that iOS or Android. If something does not work for you just post a bug/suggestion message in the appropriate forum section.
Really not worth the effort. I think Xavier has more than enough work on his hands already.
Also shouldn't new messages be shown on the UI anyways and you can check them on the swap monitor/the swap pages?
I’m always using Numista on my phone and iPad and don’t really know what other features a app would offer however if they were to create one I’m sure I would download it.

-I agree. Just got a new phone & bookmarked all my favourite numismatic sites. Numista seemed to display & function perfectly well on this phone's android platform. Clearly optimized for most mobile users (I would think). Not sure how an app can top what's already been done.
