On the page for the Israeli 10 Agorot from mint sets, it starts at 1974. I'm not sure exactly when this specific variation started, but I have a 1971 issue (with the star of David, signifying a mint set). If it's not this variation, then you don't have a listing for that type.

The link you provided is for the copper-nickel KM#26c. There is also an aluminum-bronze version KM#26a. Could you check which version you have?
