Banknote help

Recently picked up some colonial Korea banknotes issued by Japan. Currency being issued at the time was called the Korean yen. Like other Japanese occupied territories no coins were issued. Here's a photo of the two notes
.
Other then the dates and the issuers of the bills I can't find too much about them. If anyone knows anything about them or knows of a site that goes into more detail then the Wikipedia does please let me know.
The top note looks to me (from the photo) like P-29 1 Yen
& the bottom one appears to be P-31 10 Yen

In the future, you could try to match the note yourself on Banknote Museum. It would also help if you could give us as much detail as possible (year/ denomination) & crop your photos (they're very hard to view with 2) or least photograph 1 at a time. I'm just guessing b/c I can barely see the notes in question. Hope the lead helps.

I strongly recommend looking up the JNDA catalog, which will have all information about Japanese issued notes. Even the BoK (Korean central bank) might have some info.
