These notes are P#53, 54 and 55. The differences are the underprint (absent for P#53) and the seal colour (red for P#53 and 54, blue for 55). We should either combine all three into the last entry (not my choice) or just keep P#55 in the third and move collectors with P#53 and P#54 into the other two (my preference).

The referee opted to keep the three pages separate (which I do think makes sense, seeing as how the underprint includes additional designs, lettering, and colour).

All duplication has been deleted. :)
