Value is relatively new feature here, so I quess people just don't update older acquisitions. Also many coins come in bulk lots or as gifts so it is hard to determine any value for them. Also some may fear thiefs if the have valuable coins visible here.
If i dont recall wrongly, to get values its necesary to have summited at least 5 purchasing values, given by users that add X coin to his collection.
So if for the X coin in VF condition 5 users added values like: 1, 1.10, 1.20, 1.30, 1.40, X coin will have an stimated value of 1.20. Also if another user added a value of 0.10, that value will not count to do the math.
