Using Numista as description for eBay without giving credit to Numista?

Hello all,

I came across couple of listings on eBay, using Numista webpages as description for coins, everything would be fine, I think, if the source of information would give credit to Numista. That's not the case here, the Numista logo or anything mentioning the website is nowhere to be found but it's clearly it. What do you think about this practice? I definitely don't like it.

It is actually somewhat common, and unfortunately, I don't think anything can be done about it. I was actually browsing the forum since I was bored and saw instances of Colnect almost copying the entire Numista page, and refusing to do anything about it without the person requesting change sending them their ID.
Not only does he not cite Numista
in addition it removes the copyright of a member on the last advertisement

I think everyone can report this to Ebay

the more we claim, the faster Ebay delete these listings

I didn’t know that! I’ll start to report the small list I have.

This probably applies only if you are the author of the coin picture and it's used in item description without showing the copyright. If you want to report you have to be the copyright owner??? I read the policy and it's definitively against the eBay policy to use other website's pictures or "copy-paste" descriptions for the listings on eBay, but I can not find anything how to report it and the VeRO NOCI form doesn't seem to be the right form if I am not the one "being affected" by the copyright infringement.

Ebay's policy says it directly:

"Can I use images that I copied from other websites in my listing or product page?
No, you can't use images copied from other websites or internet searches in your listing or product page, unless the owner of the image has given you permission. For example, it may be considered copyright infringement if you copy and paste an image from a manufacturer's website, unless you have permission."

but nothing how to report such an issue.
