- coins from present and past European monarchies (i.e. Britain, Germany, Scandinavian countries)
- early coins from European countries that gained their independence following ww1 (i.e. Poland, Czechoslovakia, Balkans)
- pre-1900 coins from the Americas or in some cases coins issued before ww2
(i.e. 19th century USA, Canada up to George VI)
- colonially issued coins from Africa, Asia and Oceania (i.e. French Indochina, Belgian Congo, French Africas)
