Projekty przedstawiają flagę Unii Europejskiej jako symbol, który jednoczy ludzi i kultury ze wspólnymi wizjami i ideałami na rzecz lepszej wspólnej przyszłości. Dwanaście gwiazd, które przekształcają się w ludzkie postacie, obejmuje narodziny nowej Europy. W prawym górnym rogu, w półokręgu, znajduje się kraj wydający i lata "1985-2015". W prawym dolnym rogu znajdują się inicjały artysty (Georgios Stamatopoulos). Na zewnętrznym otoku monety umieszczono 12 gwiazd Unii Europejskiej.
