(en) Black on light brown underprint. Seated Liberty on left holding a plaque in her right hand and an olive branch in her left hand. At centre, an eagle with a snake in it's beak perched on a cactus, with a background of a lake with 2 volcanoes, Popocatepetl and Ixtaccihuatl. Issuer name on top. Black series letter on top right and left. Red serial number at upper right and lower left. Face value in number and letters on all four corners; in number at center right. Two black signatures.
