Irish Legal Tender Notes, ‘Lady Lavery’ Series A, circulated in the Irish Free State and Republic of Ireland from 1928 to 1977, and had seven signature varieties. The 10 Shilling notes had only four signature varieties up to their final issue in 1968.
The 10 Shilling denomination was discontinued when decimalisation was introduced on 15 February 1971.
