Thailand Royal Rainmaking Project (tajski: โครงการฝนหลวง, RTGS: khrongkan fon luang) został zainicjowany w listopadzie 1955 roku przez króla Bhumibola Adulyadeja. Tajscy rolnicy wielokrotnie cierpieli z powodu suszy. Król postanowił coś z tym zrobić i zaproponował rozwiązanie problemu braku deszczu: sztuczne wywoływanie deszczu lub zasiewanie chmur. Program jest prowadzony przez Departament Królewskiego Deszczowania i Lotnictwa Rolniczego.
