Mały orzeł cesarski z głową skierowaną w lewo, noszący kołnierz orderu czarnego orła, zwieńczony koroną cesarską ze sztandarami i herbem Prus w sercu. Różne warsztaty w exergue. Całość otoczona wieńcem z gałązek dębu między wewnętrznym grenetis i zewnętrznym sznurowym filetem.
