Popiersie w prawo, w uskrzydlonej koronie zwieńczonej gwiazdą i półksiężycem, napisy po prawej (AFZWT) i lewej (GDH) stronie twarzy, wewnątrz jednopunktowego obramowania. Półksiężyce z gwiazdami na godzinie 3, 6 i 9 oraz napisy w lewym dolnym rogu i prawym dolnym rogu poza okręgiem (NYWKWK).
