Please add followig Currency for Western Samoa:
Western Samoa pound (1914-1967) (WSP)
1 Pound = 20 shillings • 1 Shilling = 12 pence

Western Samoan Pound needs to have 2 issuing authorities - Territory of Western Samoa (1914 - 61) & Independent State of Western Samoa (1962 - 97).
1 Western Samoan Pound was equal to 1 New Zealand Pound.
12 Pence = 1 Shilling.
20 Shillings = 1 Pound.

During their civil administration by New Zealand, between 1920 and their independence in 1962. the official name was Western Samoa Trust Territory.
But yes, there should be two issuing authorities.
