I looked at the bug report but I was unable to find a way of reporting on there.
The problem I had was :-
My search was for all coins and issuers for 2019, so I typed in ALL 2019 but a lot of coins/countries were not filtered out .
Is there an easy to have their details changed or do I have to report every coin/country seperatly.

That depends if these are indeed errors in need of correction or you if you are expecting something from the search that it can't give you.
When I search for 2019 issues in all categories (excluding Tokens and Patterns) I get 2291 hits. Glancing over the results I have not found anything not belonging there.
Can you give one or two examples from your query?
