Another suspicious swapper

high-level coins to swap, but after saying that she/he has to send first the swap is closed immediately

​Hello, I confirm an unusual behaviour from this stranger swapper:
- on 1st of March he opened a swap and he selected four coins from my swap list. No messages from him.
- on 5th of March, seen the warning from Numista moderators, I write suggesting to select other coins in order to make a bigger swap.
- shortly after he denied the swap without sending any message.
What is the purpose of this rude one? Referring to him as swapper is an offence to all the Numista members.

In this moment I see a Numista moderators message: "2000Collector has unsubscribed. He/She is not a member of Numista anymore".

Hi everybody. It seems to me that this person has already changed his Nickname. Now he is a "Perper", but his habits remain the same. However, it already has three Swaps.

I have encountered with two "cheating" swapper in numista. The first one is Corrier (https://en.numista.com/echanges/profil.php?id=102872) and the second one is jhoanfc89 (https://en.numista.com/echanges/profil.php?id=68477). I want these two bastards will be punished.

​at my time, jhoanfc89 has no negative feedback.
for corrier, that was my mistake when I send first for a French swapper.

jhoanfc89 had 3 negative swaps in 2016 and 2 in 2017 that should be enough
