Roman Denarius? Ancient help please

I'm fairly positive it's a Denarius from the late Western empire. Possibly emperor Aemilian? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hello,

It is an antoninianus (not a denarius) of Philip I. On the reverse this is ROMAE AETERNAE.
