Irish (or British) coin identification

Someone recently submit a new coin type for Ireland. It seems to be a hybrid of these two coins (one English & one Irish). I checked my coin catalogs as well as online and library and could not find anything about this coin. Does this type of coin/token actually exist or it's a forgery by putting two different coin sides together?

good to learn, thanks. Added
