Cambodia, half fuang.

There's two versions, one made of billon (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces33606.html) and one made of brass(https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces148678.html). I think it's the second.

Edit: 2 people wrote the same coins when I was writing.
