Grading Finland Coin [solved]

I would like opinions on the grade of this coin.

Looks almost XF, too bad about the stains. I’m no Finland expert, but Ollisaarinen may be https://en.numista.com/echanges/profil.php?id=4033 I would PM him a query.

I would add it as VF+ due the discolored part.

As international grade (Finnish grading is much harder), I'd say VF+, but this could be also XF. Some luster still available (?). Color does not affect the grade. I mailed that photo to our expert too, let us see his opinion too.

Our expert says that without seeing it is a bit difficult to give absolute grade but agrees on my VF+, almost XF. He pointed out that it looks like it has been cleaned and the nasty color is caused of that, which definitely lower the value and should be mentioned.
