Rudolf II ¼ thaler 1588 (counterfeited?) [solved]

Hello, this coin was found in my country, Georgia, in the region of Kakheti, near one of it's fortresses. In Georgia in XVI-XVIII centuries europian money was used when there was lack of silver or any type of coinage. Look at the photo. It seems like there is copper under the silver. Is it counterfeited in the time when it was issued or maybe it was the technique of making these coins?

Ahoj.
Emperor Rudolf II was a great art collector and so on, he also checked the artists who made coins. For the rich big and beautiful and full of silver, for us poor -silver was still lost from the coins.
Here's how the silver content has been reduced , fasting of time and monarch.

These are also the coins of Rudolph II:

So I think he's an orginal, it is also the Kremnica Mint ( KB) , there was little silver. The production is also nicely processed into detail.
Here's a sample of his coins: https://www.google.com/search?rlz=1C1NHXL_csCZ684CZ685&biw=1242&bih=568&tbm=isch&sxsrf=ACYBGNSX5mC0yuOH9BUXAmKtEjNpBL0GUg%3A1575059332716&sa=1&ei=hH_hXd-pK4TjgwfN-KNI&q=1%2F4+gro%C5%A1+Rudolf+ii&oq=1%2F4+gro%C5%A1+Rudolf+ii&gs_l=img.3...55236.61977..62715...0.0..0.136.919.5j4......0....1..gws-wiz-img.......35i39.CAEXTkX7JQE&ved=0ahUKEwjf-5qgoZDmAhWE8eAKHU38CAkQ4dUDCAc&uact=5
