It's a good idea to post weights and diameters too, which can help with identification. If these are all silver rupees, they should weigh in the range of 10.8-11.6 g.

The picture of this coin appears to me in reverse contrast, another much larger exemple here

Numbers 2 and 5 appear to be of the Bengal Presidency, in the name of Shah Alam II, frozen date AH 1202/19. There are several similar varieties (KM 98-117). However, I haven't been able to figure out the mint -- does not appear to be Murshidabad or Calcutta.
