Please help evaluate the coin from Olbia, Northern Black Sea.

parameters: material - bronze, weight - 140 grams, diameter - 70 mm, thickness - 8-9 mm

It seems to be tetraobol from Olbia. If you can prove an authencity, the price may be $20k+
