Do you have the weight or diameter I’m thinking it’s probably a Indian states coin of some kind but that information would help a lot in figuring it out.
Thank you for your reply... I don't have any other information about the coin other than the pictures above... As I write this message, it is being shipped to me. And once I have it I will weigh it and measure it. :)) But in a mean time, I am trying to decipher the writings on the coin. Surely, there are knowledgeable numismatist who would know. I personally see this kind of coin for the first time. I checked through all the Indian Princely States from 1800's and 1900's and none look similar.
Yes there are a lot of great members that should be able to give you a more definite answer and possibly even translation of the writings. I unfortunately don’t understand the writing so I was just going off the looks of it and going through coins with lions on them.
