You are correct in stating that this is from Egypt (Alexandria). The reverse design is of Nike to the right holding a wreath in front and a palm branch over the shoulder. There may be an LB to the right.
The rulers that used this design range from Commodus (177-192) to Diocletian (284-305). The legend from the forehead to the eyes may be: TIAN.
