Identification of XIX century (?) token/jeton

Hello, could you help me with this one? On the obverse there is an eagle and sun. Under the coat of arms is written: Dal Aquilino 1860 (I suppose it must be read as - Aquilino dal 1860). On the reverse ther is a circle of points and inscription - II. It's 21 cm. It looks like silver but I think it's some other material.

When I was searching for information I came across that jewellery brand but it doesn't make any sense. I wasn't able to find anything like this token. By the way I don't know Italian (well, I can understand some words but not the whole context). I was searcching for this coat of arms. Only found nearly similar ones. On most of them there was phoenix instead of the eagle.
I think it make sense, there are numerous token issued by shops in France.
You might write to them, if they issed such a token, perhaps for their 150th anniversary ?
