i came accross this coin seems like the size of a nickle you can see lincoln on face only numbers legible 201 but on back u can see the same shield as a 2010 penny does anyone tell me anything

It is PMD - Post-Mint Damage, as in someone with engineering
equipment used tools to change the outside rim. Presumably. :)
