Ancient coin with punchmark

I do not even know if is Roman or Greek, but I noticed someone asked for a simmilar coin here:

And was marked as "solved".

Today I got a coin with something alike and it is bugging me.
The other side is blank
20mm diammeter




Any thoughts?

Those was a Tetrachalkus of Pantikapaion with quite common punchmark

I think you have the same but with less common puncmark. Try to search here
