Bought this and was told it is French pewter. It is 90 mm diameter and 4 mm thick.
Hello,
It's a commemorative medal of the city of Huy (in Belgium).

Observe :
Coat of arms and motto of the city : "MIEUX VAUT MOURIR DE FRANCHE VOLONTE QUE DU PAYS PERDRE LA LIBERTE" (It's better to die of free will than losing the liberty of our Country).

Reverse :
Coat of arms of the eleven corporations of the city : "LES XI BONS METIERS DE LA VILLE DE HUY" (The 11 good jobs of the city of Huy)

Thank you for your explanation on my coin , I did try to find it on Google but it said it was cezk coin. Puzzled ! Taffy.
The name CEGRAM probably refers to a factory near Huy bearing this name (it doesn't exist anymore I think).
Ok thanks. There's more digging to be done about this I think. Taffy.
Here's a link about the factory
