Request to add new year lines to 2003 2 Dollars - Elizabeth II Australian Kookaburra [solved]

This coin was issued as PROOF in 2002 and as specimen quality in 2003. This design was NOT used in 2004.

Quite a few lines need to be added for Privy Marks in 2003.
