Beautiful coin. Yes, I see the value is all over the place. I'm seeing $75 U.S. to $550 U.S. at VF -XF depending where you look. Here is a graded MS62 and what it actually realized a few years back. http://www.coinfactswiki.com/wiki/Italy_1926-R_10_lire_KM-68

With respect to them, I do not believe NGC is a good source for pricing any European coin worth more than 20 euros- for finding the coin's market value I suggest checking this page out:
