I have asked both referee For Islamic States and Ottoman. Wait for an reply from Ottoman referee.
Karamanids were preceded by Sultanate of Rum and Succeeded by Ottoman Empire
Maybe new country or issuer ?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karamanids
They had an interesting flag.
Regards,
Damian

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anatolian_beyliks I agree, we can add a new Issuer in Islamic state, Beylik dynasty.
I need to check how best to enter this new Issuer.

Thank you all, i also get this information :
it's an anonymous AR Dirham (Wilkes 1391 type)
Album notes that the Anonymous types are early c. AH 710-730 or CE 1310-1330
They are listed as Album 1267 "broad thin fabric, mints of Larende and Ermenek and are occasionally dated. Some examples cite Mamluk ruler Muhammad I or the Ilkhan ruler Uljaytu. Album lists the type as Rare. (p. 139 Album Checklist 3rd ed, 2011).

I also look in Zeno but couldn't find. I think you are right :

So i think all descriptions in some point are correct but best will be Seljuq. What do you think ?

Yes, Seljuq, assuming the attributions of the photos found are correct, which I think is reasonable.
The photo you found at
https://web.archive.org/web/20080801083656/http://mehmeteti.150m.com/seljuqsofrum/UE1247.htm
is a match, as is the Zeno listing above
