ID 22mm Copper 1224 w/crossed flags Ottoman/ Algeria/ Turkey?? [solved]

I can not find an example of this coin anywhere.
22mm, made of copper, crossed flags w/ backwards crescent on one flag, Hejira date of 1224.
Appears to have been gold gilted at one time. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
