Yes, a Bhutan deb (1/2 rupee). It looks most similar to the ones from Period III, 1835-1910 AD. Finding an exact match for these is difficult. Thanks, PetrusAscanas, for the reference to "The Coinage of Bhutan" for which I see there is a free .pdf download online at
